Carlos Cubia is the Global Vice President and Chief Diversity Officer for Walgreens Boots Alliance. In this role, he is responsible for developing and implementing the enterprise-wide Diversity and Inclusion strategies. As a member of the Global Human Resources Leadership team, he operates worldwide with responsibilities for effecting positive change across a workforce of 380,000+\u202femployees.\u202f As the leader for Walgreens Boots Alliance Global Diversity and Inclusion Center of Excellence, he also has responsibility for driving strategies that promote recruitment, talent development, performance and succession planning.
