He expanded his role to cover the Asia Pacific region in 2009 before assuming his current global role in 2012. <\/p>\n<p>Arvind has over two decades experience in leading large-scale, multidisciplinary global teams. He has deep skills in strategy development, innovation, outsourcing, business transformation, service excellence and leading global transformation and change programs. Prior to joining Accenture, he worked extensively in the Technology, Shared Services and Business Process Outsourcing industry across the Technology and Financial Services sectors. <\/p>\n<p>Arvind holds a degree in Industrial and Production Management and is a qualified Coach.
